Let's start here.. New printer? New to you printer?
If not new, did it work previously? If yes, what has changed?
Does the Copy feature work (standalone)? ie.. you put a page on the scanner and press copy button on the printer?
If yes, the problem is related to drivers on your PC
If no, the printer might have a hardware issue.
