PIXMA MX922 help, printer offline error message

My MX922 is offline.  I've unplugged and replugged, shut down and restarted numerous times but printer is still offline.  How do I fix this?  I have two cables one has two prongs so I know that's in the right outlet the other cable is plugged in the outlet that says line.  I'm using windows 11.  How do I get printer back online?

The port labeled line is for a phone line when faxing. If you are trying to have you printer connected to your WiFi network, please use the steps HERE.
