PIXMA G3630 Megatank Magenta Ink Not Working

Our Canon PIXMA G3630 Megatank printer has stopped using any Magenta ink despite the fact that we have refilled the ink and run several of the "clean print head" programs on the printer itself. I have even tried to manually clean the print head to try and unclog any potential blockages. I have also pressed and held the "Stop" button on the button to run the various programs. Attached is an image of the ink tubes inside the printer. Please let us know what we should be doing to fix the issue.
