Getting error 7700 on my Pixma TR4722 while using Canon cartridges

Hi All,
Has anyone had the error 7700 on a Pixma while they are using new Canon cartridges?  What is the solution?

Thanks for your help.  I have already done all of those steps and still nothing.   I think I've got a lemon, but I'll contact support directly.  It might just be a bad part or something.
