The automatic document feeder works intermittently. I’ve cleaned the feed rollers with a dry cloth but I’m not sure if it’s a feed problem or a sensor problem?
It will feed partway then stop and then I’m alerted that there’s a problem. And sometimes it just works!

Because cleaning the roller did not resolve this issue, your PIXMA G7020 would require service. If your PIXMA G7020 was purchased less than a year ago, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat to obtain your in warranty options. If your PIXMA G7020 is out of warranty, you are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system.
