G4210 works with MAC but not Microsoft

Hi,

Strange behavior.  The G4210 prints fine from MAC but on all of the Microsoft OS computers, the prints are fuzzy or alignment is off.  

I have updated the drivers.  All up to date.  The maintenance test pages print ok from the printer itself.  Doesn't matter if it is via USB or wireless.

Only have issues with Microsoft.  

Any ideas?
