Hi All,
I have tried deep cleaning, cleaning, aligning heads. All that Looks OK, but when we print, regardless of the PC or app, we get gaps in the print. It looks like the printer is moving the paper too much randomly becuase if you remove the gaps and put the printed parts together, it would be correct. See image . thanks!

Hi,
Based on the steps you have taken, you have already done what we would suggest. If you printer is in warranty and you have a copy of the printer's proof of purchase, please call Canon support at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666), Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST excluding holidays.
If the printer is out of warranty, you would qualify for the Canon Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service or are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This program allows you the opportunity to purchase a replacement product discounted from the list price. Free ground shipping is included with your purchase.
If you would like to take advantage of this offer, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Mon-Sat, 9 AM to 9pm EST excluding holidays.
We look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you! That is exactly what we did. The new printer was installed last week and has been fine since. It was only 3 months old and the warranty repair service was so easy (more of a replacement vs a repair). Thanks for the reply.
