Extra mg6200 printer ink useful in newer mx920 printer?

Bought MX920 printer to replace older MG6200 printer.

Would my spare ink cartridges  from the MG6200 be compatible

with the newer MX920??

Hi danvar,

The ink tanks for your PIXMA MG6200 series are not compatible with the PIXMA MX922.  The PIXMA MG6200 series uses the PGI-225 and CLI-226 ink tanks and the PIXMA MX922 uses the PGI-250 and CLI-251 ink tanks.
