E470 Wired Connection issue

Hi , 

i recently purchased pixma E470 printer and followed the installation set up.

Wireless have no issue for the software menu.

but WIRED connection will only work after 1st set up.

after you turn off it will not work again as WIRED connection.

im using a laptop WIN10 64 bit. with the latest update from microsoft.

i have tried for a couple of days, but still the same issue...

what sometimes work is i remove printer device from the windows settings

then plug in cable again , and it will connect , i will be able to print.

but scanning using software menu is hopeless...

PLease advise...
