I can't get the drivers for my Pixma MG6620 to install on my Windows 10 computer. It keeps telling me that it can't find my printer. I've tried every usb on the back of the computer. I've even tried running the setup in compatibility mode for windows 7 and 8. Each time, I get the same results. How can I get the drivers installed so I can print from my new computer?

'DEVICE MANAGER" (windows button and R)
Under Universal BUS Controllers - uninstall "USB print support"
then reconnect everything. worked thanks to IT.

I don't have the "USB print support" in my Device Manager. I have eXtensible Host Controller, (2) USB Composite Devices, USB Mass Storage Device, and USB root hub. Are these all okay?
