What is the exact model printer you're using (it's usually on the top or front of the unit)?
Do you see any error messages?

Which Computer Operating System are you using (Windows 7/8/10/11 or macOS 10/11/12)?
How do you connect to your printer (USB or WiFi)?

Its the MG7520 machine and I am using iOS

You haven't answered completely Arthur's questions.

Printing from an iPhone or iPad won't work unless you have the appropriate macOS driver installed on your computer. Someone will probably be able to assist you once the necessary information is known.
