After finally getting my the processing screen is on my desktop screen on each computer??

Hello, and welcome to the Canon Community!

Based on the limited information in the screenshot, it looks like you may not have installed our software. 

You can install the Canon software from https://canon.us/setup 

The site will immediately ask you for your product name. TS9500 is the series or family of your printer, you'll want to look for the exact model that's marked on the front or top panel on your unit, and plug it into the text box & tap go:

From there, tap the big START button. If your printer is completely unpackaged and ready to go, tap the option that says, "If you have already prepared your printer, go to Connect." The site automatically recognizes your Operating System (Windows 11), so you should see a bright red "Download" button. Tap that, then follow the instructions.

From there, you should be good to go, but if you need one-on-one assistance, call our friendly team at 1-800-OK-CANON (800-652-2666) on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (ET). Before you call, you'll want to register your printer at https://canon.us/account to speed things up.
