I just changed out the ink cartridge and it was working before and I made sure to do everything right but I can't get this code to go away. I'm at a complete loss
Please reply with the information on the ink cartridge that you installed( ink number, where the cartridge was made, etc). Also, please let us know where the ink cartridge was purchased from.
