Canon Quick Menu has stopped working - Windows 8.1

I get this message after I installed a new MG7500 series all-in-one. I have uninstalled the entire Canon package twice.

Isn't this something past the user's level to take care of? Isn't this something that Canon should fix??

Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling the Quick Menu from the web?

Yep, I have uninstalled the entire Canon package twice. I have added that info to my original post. Man Happy

I would just uninstall/reinstall *only* the individual Canon Quick Menu file. If it keeps happening after that it's probably a computer issue.

Tried uninstalling just the quick menu, too. No luck. Gave up.
