Please try connecting your SELPHY CP910 directly to a different wall outlet without a surge protector/power strip and then turning it on.
If the issue persists, your SELPHY CP910 would require service. To obtain service, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:
https://mycanon.usa.canon.com
Once logged in, click on Service & Support on the left side of your My Canon account.
On the next page, click on the red Get Service & Support button to the right of your SELPHY CP910.
Then on the page that appears, scroll down and click on the Start Repair button.
