Hi, I've had a Canon D1620 printer for a few years now with no issues, but all of sudden, as of about 2-3 weeks ago, the Duplex (double-sided) scanning is no longer available, only single-sided works. I've researched several things that could be causing it but nothing seems to work. I downloaded the most current update to this copier and it still doesn't work.
What could be causing this issue? The main reason why I chose this copier was for its ability to scan double sided documents, so it's very frustrating to not have this work anymore.
