My Pixma printer does not print any document. The paper comes out blank, though I hear it as if its was printing. The test page comes out incomplete. I have gone through the manual, did all the things that were suggested by online support, yet it does NOT print. I just changed the black cartridge. When I tried to print the document using the color ink, it comes out but very very faint, in black. Not clear at all. HELP!

There is no error message that comes up. It seems that it has happened in the past and there was a simple solution, but I have forgotten it. I'm thinking that someone had a similar problem and it was an easy fix.

If you have not done so, try deep cleaning the printer nozzle. Please click HERE for the steps.
