Canon Pixma G3010 - No magenta in nozzle test print

Hi,

I bought my unit in Canon Flagship store in my country last week. Now, there's no magenta in my nozzle test print. I browsed before posting here just to check if there's a resolution for my problem but after print head cleaning and deep cleaning, the issue still persists. Any other lead to solve this issue would be very helpful unless the only resolution is to have my unit that is not yet one week old serviced at a service center 😄

Update:

cleaning, deep cleaning, ink flushing did not help at all...
