G6020 did a firmware update today and then gave a 5200 error

Will not print black anymore.  The nozzle test doesn't print the black but the colors are fine, with shades of grey to the left.

Hi watson-hannon,

To clear the 5200 error that appears on your PIXMA G6020, please perform an ink flush:

1.  Turn your PIXMA G6020 on.

2.  Please press the wrench and screwdriver button on your G6020 one time.

3.  Repeatedly press the right arrow button to select Maintenance and press OK.

4.  Press the right arrow button to select Ink Flush and then press the OK button.

5.  Choose All Colors and press OK.

6.  Check the displayed message and press the OK button.

7.  Use the left arrow to select Yes and then press the OK button.

8.  Use the left arrow again to select Yes and press OK.

The nozzle check should last more than 6 minutes.  If it does not, please follow the above steps again until it does.
