About 5 weeks ago, a driver update using my Windows 10 laptop was applied. All at once the Copier (connected to the computer or not) scanned a document but didn't print a copy. Instead, an error message said to insert paper in the rear paper loader and close the door. That didn't work.
However, the Scanner could create a document, store it on the PC and Word could print it. Just installed a new driver but didn't test it using the Copier. Anyone else have the problem? I am not sure what the 7100 mechanical controller problen will go away, so if you fixed yours, let me know, please?
