Hello,
I have a Canon MG 6220 printer that -for a couple of months now- has stopped 'printing' print jobs. When I try to print out a document for school, the printer prints out the document like it does normally except there is no ink on the page itself, just blank. I have tried everything; from turning it off and on, disconnecting my laptop from the printer and reconnecting it, and even disconnecting it from the wifi and registering it. I even had the printer do all of its self-cleaning ink tasks but nothing changed. Is there software I can download on the printer to fix it or would I need to do a whole rest to factory settings? Any advice?
