Hello
I've had a Canon MP490 hooked up to an HP laptop (2014 HP Envy) for many years without a problem.
This laptop recently failed and I have now moved the printer to a newer computer - Intel NUC running Windows 10 Home. 8i3BEK1 - March 2020
When I try to install the drivers, the printer cannot be detected and the installation fails. Yes, I've cycled the power and what not. Avast anti-virus does detect the media reader though.
I disabled AVAST and the installation still doesn't work.
Any ideas?

I also just temporarily hooked it up to another newer 2020 HP Laptop - and the installation works fine. And I printed something just fine. So something with the Intel NUC machine.

I have upgraded all the drivers to the latest on the Intel NUC. So eliminated that as an issue.
