Canon G6020 won't print from cassette, only rear tray

Printer insists on printing from the rear tray, will not print from casette

What version of Windows or MacOS is your computer running? Or if the printer connected to a mobile device?

Problem with change in MAC operating system. Contact Canon tech support, 800-652-2666. Ask for tech support. Rep offered a”work-around”, cannot remember steps but there were several to be led through on printer. Can now auto-print from cassette.
