Cannot remove cartridge TS 302

I was replacing the color ink cartridge.  I took out the old one.  I put a new one in, but it did not print.  Orange light flashed 4 times, indicating cartridge was not connected properly.  I tried to remove it, but it is stuck.

Any suggestions?
