In addition to the information Tiffany requested, do documents other than PDFs print?

I am using windows 11. There are no error messages, the printer does nothing. Also, I can print other things, like emails. Thank you for your help.

How is your printer connected, and to what?
USB, Wi-Fi, etc?
Did you install drivers for your printer from its support portal?

It is connected via wifi. Yes, I downloaded and installed driver, but still have the problem.

You may have tried many of these "fixes" but it is the best I can tell you:
Driver Issues: Ensure that you have the latest printer drivers installed. Outdated or corrupted drivers can prevent printing.
PDF File Corruption: The PDF file itself may be corrupted. Try printing a different PDF to see if the issue persists.
Software Conflicts: Sometimes, the PDF viewer software can cause issues. Try using a different PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or another application.
Update Printer Drivers:
Check Printer Settings:
Test with Different Files:
Restart Devices:
Check Printer Queue:
Use a USB Connection: If you are using a wireless connection, try connecting the printer directly to your computer with a USB cable to see if that resolves the issue.
Reinstall PDF Software: If the problem continues, consider reinstalling the PDF viewer software you are using.
