Can't get Canon Office and Business MX922 to print or reset

My Canon Office and Business MX922 tells me to cancel a phantom print job but gives me no way to cancel it or do anything else. I can't navigate to the menu to do a hard reset because every time I push a button it signals a beep and tells me to cancel the mystery print job that I can't cancel. Please help. It's driving me nuts.

Bounce the print spooler service.
