I have a Pixmar MG3120 printer. Hadn't used the color cartridge in many months. Refilled the color chambers.
All colors (C, M, Y) are coming out of the print head. Cleaned all contacts with alcohol. Nozzle Check run will print
M and Y but not C. Tried deep cleaning and all suggestions on the web - still no C. Help!!
Thank You.

Hi signdocjh,
On this model the print head is built into the ink cartridges, so if the nozzles are clear of some inks but not another, it's likely that that particular color is dried out or depleted. I recommend replacing the color ink cartridge to resolve the issue.
