i have the Image Class MF753cdw office printer. I had a print shop design business stationery for my office. i am in the process of sending clients a letter. I placed several dozen sheets of the new stationery in the paper tray. If i print one sheet, no line appear on the top of the page. if i print multiple sheets, each sheet has a colored line appear on the page. the color is the same color that the stationery was designed.
The print shop designed a colored design on each piece of paper. i am printing documents for more than 30 years now and have not come upon such an issue where a colored line appears on the top of each page.
Any suggestions?
