I held down the wireless button on the printer until it flashed amber two times. Then I went to my router and pressed (and held) the wps button. The printer button does not stop flashing. It's like it's not recognizing the router is there. What do I do?

To try and connect the printer wirelessly via WPS, please follow the steps shown here. In the event that you are unable to connect via the WPS method, you can try connecting the printer via the cableless setup method, To do this, please click here, then click on the link associated with your operating system and follow the steps provided.
