I tried to connect MF424dw to my new computer. I downloaded the MF driver package but the it could not detect the printer, I tried to put in the printer IP it still couldn't, then it refused to proceed to install.
I was able to connect the computer to the printer via "add printer" in windows setting. Then I installed MF scanner utility, but it wouldn't run saying missing scanner drivers. I went back trying to install MF driver again, but still it would not install since it could not detect the printer.
Any suggestions on how to fix it? Thanks!
