I recently had an acquaintance purchase a Canon Color ImageCLASS MF654Cdw Laser Printer. I helped her set this printer up, installed it on all three of her computers, and all of them printed out test pages with no issue. However, scanning has proved to be a different story. Whether we try scanning from the LCD screen on the printer, or using the scanning software on the PC itself, both claim that they cannot connect to one another, and that we should connect a USB cable or try searching for the printer again. Can this printer scan and send documents to the computer over Wi-Fi, or does it require a physical connection? Any information will be appreciated.
