Our Pixma MG7720 has gone downhill. A few months ago we started to have to have all prints set to high quality or they'd come out looking bad. Now everything we print is just horizontal black lines. Even the nozzle check is a mess. We've ran every cleaning and alignment to no avail. Suggestions? Attached is the most recent nozzle check pattern.

Hello Hesikaya,
It looks like there is something wrong with the hardware of the printer or there is something on the bottom of the print head. In this situation, you can used the steps in the link provided HERE to remove the print head and check the bottom for anything stuck to the ink residue there. After reseating the print head, you can try a deep cleaning using the steps found HERE.
If you still have the issue after trying the steps, it would mean the printer needs service. Outside of the 1 year warranty, you can contact our sales department at 1-800-652-2666 to use our Upgrade Program. The Upgrade program will give you a discount and free shipping on a replacement printer.
