Black and White print

Printer Model TR8520 stopped printing in black and white.  Have done deep cleaning, nozzle alignment, etc.  Settings on Business Document, print quality is set to high, print set to Grayscale.  Print comes out reddish.  Test page prints okay, SELPHY Test prints okay.  Could this be a problem with the document i am printing, or am i missing something in the printer settings?
