Anybody with a Canon PIXMA TR8620a - do you have these same marks?

Hi!

This is purely an aesthetic question but I'm just curious if I bought a defect or if this is a manufacturing cause/on all printers. 

If you have the Canon PIXMA TR8620a printer, can you look at your LCD screen faceplate and please let me know if your printer also has these 2 dark ovals?

I do, along with a faint vertical line midway below the LCD screen.
