VR Utility controls not showing up in Premiere Pro plugin

I have the Canon 5.2mm Dual Lens on the R5C and a paid subscription for the Premiere Pro Plugin.

I am familiar with the latest VR Utility - which I will say is amazing and fast at processing .CRM 8k/60p from the R5C to  APMP for the Apple Vision Pro.

So, I was hoping that the PP Plugin might help me have a similarly speedy work flow to process a series of clips joined together in Premiere Pro as Final Cut nor DaVinci offer any options for this currently that work easily.

From the very beginning- I am striking problems which even Canon Support have not been able to help with over the last 2 weeks.:

1: Although I am loading 2 Minute .MP4 files - it does not trigger the dialog for the Canon confirmation page for registered plugin (like I'm used to when using the VR Utility).

So in PPro I don't see the VR Utiy controls like you should.

The YouTube "Canon tutorials" for the Plugin are both 3 years old - so they are not at all relevant for the possible current workflows.

I am hoping that this forum may be able to help get onto the right track.

Hi,

I have done this repeatedly with Canon Australia  and they have given up on it.  I clicked on the link it goes no where that I can submit a true Support question.  Do you have a direct link?    Please this is getting extremely frustrating for a paid item.

Hi, Natalya,

It is actually impossible to find or get to support anywhere on the Canon USA support pages - it puts you into an eternal   There are no support papers on how to get Prem Pro to recognise the The VR Plugin.  that feature is seriously broken.

It is disappointing that Canon has released a product with scant info on how to use this except for some YouTube which are now 4 years old.
