I downloaded Digital Photo Professional 4 for my EOS 60D and when i try to click Remote shooting it brings up an EOS Utility error. I couldn't find it anywhere and was not sure what to do. I use Windows 11 OS.

Your camera uses older software that is no longer available for current Operating Systems. What’s your OS?
Your camera needs the EOS Utility 2, which was superseded by EOS Utility 3 several years ago. Likewise DPP3 was superseded by DPP 4 at the same time.
The EOSU 2 might still be available for download, but only for older Operating Systems. The same could be true for DPP3. I don’t know if current releases of DPP4 are compatible with EOSU 2.
Be aware that your older camera may not be supported anymore. I would have to look it up. I am afraid that it is not.

All is not lost. Have you visited the product support page for the camera? You need to see what is available for the older versions of Windows.

You might be in luck. This is listed for Windows 10.

I just ran a test. Using MacBook Air with Parallels Desktop and Windows 11 installed.
Went to the EOS 1D X Mark III support page and selected W8.1 as the OS. Scroll down through multiple pages till you see EOSU 3.1.31.0; download it.
When you run it it will install EOSU3 and EOSU2.
I verified that EOSU2 will execute in W11.

Thanks, John. Do you know if DPP4 can call up EOSU 2?
