EOS Utility 3 live view

I am using the Canon EOS Rebel SL3 with a wireless connection to EOS Utility 3 on a Mac running Tahoe 26.4. I switched the image files from jpeg to raw and jpeg and when I started up EU the live view, which was working yesterday, was just a gray screen and remote shooting and quick preview still worked as usual. The temperature warning icon was displayed though the camera had been sitting in a cool dark room overnight with the battery out and charging. I've tried switching to just jpeg; rebooting the computer; updating EU to the latest version (3.20.21); uninstalling and reinstalling it; leaving the camera off for a bit to "cool down" then trying again; but the same thing happens every time. The computer doesn't seem to be having any issues recognizing the camera wirelessly, there's nothing else plugged into the computer, and all past versions of the app have been deleted so aren't conflicting. Any suggestions, ideas, or any steps I may have missed? Thanks!

What is the issue? Your post is confusing.

Hi, the Live view function is not working in EOS Utility 3 though every other function is working. Instead of showing me what the camera sees it displays a gray screen. All attempts to reboot it have not been successful.

Sounds like you’re attempting remote shooting with the camera in LV mode. Turn off LV mode on the camera. Does that help.
