Remote shooting in DPP4 brings up EOS Utility error

I downloaded Digital Photo Professional 4 for my EOS 60D and when i try to click Remote shooting it brings up an EOS Utility error. I couldn't find it anywhere and was not sure what to do. I use Windows 11 OS.

I have both installed. When I select Remote Shooting in DPP4 it starts EOSU3.

Installed DPP3 in W11 and it will open EOSU2.
