Raw burst rolls missing in DPP

Ok, so ive just recently started shooting in raw burst with pre caputure.   did it a few weeks ago, opened them in DPP and extracted the ones i want. Worked great.   Last night i went out shooting again, came home and pluged in the SD card, opened DPP and theyre not there .  all the photos are there except the raw burst rolls.  i'm panicking.  When i put the card back in the camera, and hit the play button bam, theryre all there.  what am i doing wrong?

Oddly I had an issue recently with DPP on a Mac where if I put several RAW burst images in the same folder and then browsed to that folder on DPP the raw burst images were all there, but when I tried to use the RAW burst tool it would not extract the single images from the RAW burst image.

I then put just one RAW burst image in a folder on its own, and it worked fine. This was one of the images that would not work when it was in a folder with many other RAW burst images.

I'm wondering if DPP has a memory management problem since the RAW burst files from my EOS R6 Mark II can be huge, more than 1.6GB in some cases. Yet as soon as a single RAW burst image is in a folder on it's own it works ok.

My bad, R6M2

Possibly, but i have over 300gb open on my SSD.  my issue is when i preview in camera i can see the burst roll.  i take the card out and put them in my mac and theyre gone.  simply not there.  put the card back in my camera and i can see them again.  Where can i go to adjust the memory management in DPP?  i tried to look but cant see anything.  i even deleted and reinstall DPP.  nothing.  so weird.  it worked 2 weeks ago perfectly.

I have this same issue on my Mac using my R6II as well. No matter what I do, the RAW bursts do not show and I have no way of seeing them.
