Hello. I have a camera Canon EOS 600d (or EOS Rebel T3i in USA ). I want to connect it to my Macbook Pro M4. I have macOS Sequoia installed. When I download EOS Utility 2 (ver. 2.14.31.12c or others), the program freezes (the colored circle spins endlessly). But when I download EOS Utility 3, the program starts. The problem is that this camera only supports EOS Utility 2. EOS Utility 3 says that it is impossible to recognize the camera. What should I do? When will Canon update EOS Utility 2 to macOS Sequoia? Maybe someone has solved this situation? Thank you!

Hello, and welcome to the Canon Community!
The EOS Rebel T3i was retired in 2018. As a result, all official Canon support has ceased, and no new software or drivers will be developed. If your MacBook doesn't recognize your camera and allow you to transfer your images using Apple's Image Capture app, then your next step would be to use an external memory card reader and transfer your images directly from the card to your MacBook.
Alternatively, you could explore upgrading to a more modern camera that is fully compatible with your modern OS. To explore Canon's latest technologies, we recommend contacting our Canon Upgrade Program Specialists at 1-866-443-8002, available Monday through Friday.
We hope you have a great day!
