Hello,
I've 2 90D that i want to use with "liveshoot". They are mounted on 2 tripods.and connect via USB to one computer.
Is there a way to select between the cameras, like a switcher, since the photo utility only recognize one camera at the time?

If using Windows, you MAY be able to accomplish this by setting up two user accounts on your PC and then use the Win key + L to switch between users. Launch the utility for each user and use the Win key plus L key to quickly switch between your two user accounts.
This method would still be a bit clunky but maybe usable for now.

There are some inexpensive USB switches that will switch two USB ports in to one, with a button to switch between which of the connected cameras is the active one. Most likely EOS Utility will stop and then restart when the cameras are switched. These kind of USB switchers are quite inexpensive, around $20.
Additionally there are some commercial applications developed for Canon cameras that allow remote control of multiple cameras. I know of a company called We Fly Kites who offers Breeze Multi-Camera which does offer multi camera control.

The Breeze products were sold to We Fly Kites but are still accessed via breezesys.com.
