Has Canon fixed their problem with EOS Utility 3 and Sequoia 15??

Has Canon published their down load? If so, where can I find it? If not not what is the estimated release date?

Hi jmk,

We recently received an update from our engineering team indicating that we've found that the latest version of EOS Utility should be fully compatible with macOS Sequoia.

You can download the software from our website. Let's start by going to
http://www.usa.canon.com/support

Enter your camera model in the prompt, select it from the options that load under the box, and then press ENTER on your keyboard. If the camera doesn't load, try deleting the characters and then type them again.

Select EOS Utility and then save the file to a convenient location on your computer.

The file you download is actually a zipped file. When it finishes downloading, you'll want to double click the file. This will create another file with a drive icon in the same location. Double click that and you should see the installer screen. Follow the on-screen instructions, and the programs you need should then install.

If problems persist, please elaborate on the issue you're seeing, what camera you have, and the web browser you're using to try to download and install.

I am having problems with the latest version of Utility 2. When I go to the page you linked, and select the product R5 in my case, and select OS Sequoia, the only software available is the firmware...there is no Utility 3...please advise. My utility does not open and the app hangs on start and I have to force quit the app.

I have the same problem. I have a Canon 6d Mark II. EOS utility worked fine in Sonoma. Since updating the OS to Sequoia it stopped working. On the link you provided I get "There are no results available for the macOS Sequoia v15. Please try again" Using both Chrome and Safari. Same reply

I also have same problem . In fact if I go to where software can be downloaded it lists no software and if if lie and say older version of Mac can not download it either

I changed the drop-down to macOS Sonoma v14, and EOS Utility 3.18.41 was installed and opened perfectly on my Mac Mini M2 Pro running Sequoia 15.1.

tried same thing but software does not come pop up. In fact it is same software I already have . Maybe I need to delete old software and reload. Digital photo professional comes up but HD edit tools do not

moved eon utility to trash and reloaded . Still can not open
