DPP4 cannot export HEIF (.HIF)

DPP4 says this about all CR3 regardless of whether PQ was enabled or not for those shots. Windows 11, both R8 and R6 II.

Does this thing even work? Has it ever worked? For anyone? Ever?

Hello dtgq,

Do you have the latest version of Digital Photo Professional and the Canon HEVC Activator installed on your computer? I was able to reproduce the issue and was prompted to install the Canon HEVC Activator. You can access the software HERE on the EOS R6 Mark II software page. You will need to click [LOAD MORE] a few times at the bottom of the list to get to the HEVC Activator.
