EOS Utility 3 grayed out and Digital Photo Professional Pro 4 isn't connecting to EOS 90D

A week ago I updated my MacBook Pro to Sequoia 15.2. Also, I installed all current versions of EOS Utility, EOS Utility 3, and Digital Photo Professional Pro 4 after having what turned out to be a Wi-fi issue. After adding a Wi-Fi extender to the office Wi-fi, Camera, and Computer were all working famously. I couldn't have been happier. After I shut everything down for the weekend I turned everything back on, this past Monday to Remote Shoot and my EOS 90D indicates that  Wi-Fi is on but the EOS Utility Launcher is grayed out and doesn't boot through to EOS Utility 3 to open Digital Photo Professional Pro 4. DPP4 indicates Camera not connected even though Camera indicates Wi-Fi on. I have gone through the whole process of deleting all software involved and reinstalling along with clearing wireless settings and resetting Wi-Fi. Camera doesn't connect via USB either.

Hello mlynch0000,

Let's make sure that there is not any other programs connecting to(or trying to access) the camera. If you have the EOS Webcam Utility software installed, close that and the icon that may show at the top right corner of your screen. In terms of the USB connection, you would need to disable the WI-FI on the camera first for that to work.

Thanks for responding to my problem. EOS Webcam Utility is installed but turned off. As for USB Connection WI-FI is disabled on the camera. With USB cable connected I have been able to tether using Lightroom Classic but EOS Utility 3 leading to DPP4 is still grayed out . I watched a video on tethering, this morning by a woman with the same set-up I have, so I know it can be done. Help me!
