I am unable to select "download images to computer" on the EOS Utility 3 software. I have tried updating the software but I am up to date. I have a MacBook (OS Ventura 13.6.3) with no ports; I connect via Wi-Fi. The software launches fine when I connect the camera to the computer. The option to download is not active/clickable. I have never had a problem before. Help please! Thank you!

Update: I tried uninstalling the software and reinstalled it. Same issue.

Does your MacBook have a built-in SD card reader?

Nope.

Have there been any changes between when it worked and now - OS update, new router/wi-fi system, etc.?

Yes, OS update. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the software after the update, but no luck.

Did you check the Security section of System Settings? You might need to authorize Files and Folder access.
