Hi, my first post here.
I have an EOS80D and a Moto g55 5G mobile.
I've installed what I believe to be the latest version of Canon Camera Connect App. The app shows it was last updated on 10th Nov 2024 and is version 3.2.40.36.
No matter what I do, the app keeps asking me to register my camera, which needless to say I have.
It all started when I tried to connect my phone to the camera to send images to the phone.
Please can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong as I've spent several hours going round in circles!!
Cheers

Thanks Waddizzie,
It worked, to point.
I have been doing the same but that was yesterday, and for whatever reason, it didn't work, but today, it did.
However, the reconnect doesn't want to know.
The app shows the image below even though I've pressed the reconnect button on the camera as described. The camera thinks it is connected as the option there is only to disconnect.
Thoughts?
Cheers,

Haha, school boy error.
Someone didn't think to connect the phone to the WiFi for the camera and left it attached to the house WiFi.
It works now, currently.
