Working on a wireless workflow for event photography. I have an R6 Mk II connected to a 5g hotspot to push to an SFTP server. This works but whenever I take a few pictures the camera seems to drop the wifi connection then reconnect and initiate a transfer. It makes it feel a lot less reliable. Also lots of Err49 while this occurs. Also transfer speed is far slower than the displayed link speed, is that just because of the encryption process?
I am uncertain as to whether or not the camera is capable of 5G. Al’s, some mobile devices will drop the camera connection go off looking for the Internet.
