Hello, I have a Canon PowerShot SX70 HS, which allows me to take RAW images. I edit them in DPP, but have noticed that when I first open a RAW image in DPP that I've edited or haven't edited, the image has a particular sharpness to it. There's a small, spinning "processing" icon in the lower right, and once that icon disappears, my image goes blurry. The sharpness and detail of the initial image is gone. I am quite satisfied with the look of the initial image, but I am not happy with the blurriness of the image after the icon is gone. There must be some auto-adjustment process going on, and I want to turn it off so I can use the initial, sharper image. Can anyone help me identify what auto-adjustment process is occurring, and how to turn it off? Thank you in advance!
