I am running Windows 10, the option to move to recycle bin is grayed out in quick check, any ideas?

Mine does the same so that is how it is meant to work. I never use quick check so had not noticed this.
If you right click on the large image rather than the thumbnail I see you get an option to mark the image as rejected, does this mark it for deletion, I haven't tried.

I think thats the only way to do it, mark as rejected then return to thumbnail screen and delete as a batch, its quite easy once you do it once or twice, and also gives you a second chance if you change your mind.

I looked for this on various websites including youtube and solved it using to change the recycle bin value.
