DPP EXIF comment: Is it possible to edit the comments field using DPP?

I haven't been able to find the way to enter and edit comments using DPP, what is the method please?

Many thanks for the replies and the tips. I already use Windows Photoviewer properties dialog for JPGs which accepts comments but these are ignored by DPP and Zoombrowser unfortunately.

I am not aware of any method to edit EXIF data using DPP.

You will probably need EXIFTool

I have been able to add a comment to both a CR2 (RAW) file and a JPG using the Properties window of Canon ZoomBrowserEX (6.9.0.1). When I check the files back in DPP (4.10.50.1) using the Info pop-up window (Exif Information tab), the comment is still there, even though I did not do any Save action in ZoomBrowserEX.

Hope this helps

They don't even let you add IPTC data. I've had to use Irfanview for that.
